Nick Robertson
Nick is an experienced consultant who works with central and local government, private companies, and not-for-profits to provide them with credible evidence and economic analyses to support strategic decision making.
For more than a decade, Nick has worked on numerous and varied projects in New Zealand and the United Kingdom, taking economics beyond the traditional numbers to consider the wider impacts and outcomes of investments and interventions. His large national and regional economic research projects have informed legislation and taken him inside some of New Zealand’s largest industries, including food and fibre, forestry, and energy.
He's often in the regions, working on economic development and strategy projects. He also leads teams producing forecasts for local and regional authorities, evaluating the impacts of major infrastructure performance and proposed projects, and identifying and assessing investment opportunities.
Nick's skills:

Nick is a keen sportsman continuing to play senior club cricket. The remainder of his spare time is spent trying to keep up his children.
