The report contains forecasts for price level, using data for the December 2008 quarter, change adjustors for local authorities (LAs) to use in their budget processes consistent with their Long-term Council Community Plans (LTCCP). It incorporates the latest actual data to December 2008 and forecasts the adjustors to June 2019.
