This report looked at a range of key performance indicators such as employment, GDP, labour productivity and business units in detail.

It also discussed the fastest-growing industries in the District in terms of employment and GDP, before focusing on industries that are particularly concentrated in Rodney.

The report then studied a set of industries of particular interest to the Council, including tourism; construction and housing; primary industries such as horticulture, viticulture, fishing and aquaculture, dairying, and quarrying; and the creative sector.
