A profile of the West Coast Region for 2007, the report considered a range of short and long-term indicators of the District’s economic and social health. This report re-visited a broad range of measures examined for the Region over the two previous years. These included key economic performance indicators as well as demographic and education measures, a closer look at mining and dairy, tourism, development and infrastructure, employment, and housing.
