2005 Independent Review and Forecast of Number of Notifications

This paper updates our previous review of the number of notifications to CYFS.  It further extends our forecast range for the number notifications for the years to June 2006 and June 2007.  Additional work was undertaken with CYF staff to explore forecasting options, processes methods and uses.
