Client: New Zealand Council of Christian Social Services

Date: September 2006

Author(s): Dr Ganesh Nana, Kel Sanderson, Mathew Arcus

This study was a preliminary assessment of the provision of funding for accommodation and care of aged people. BERL worked with NZCCSS to define a small number of case studies to describe people in a range of combinations of accommodation and care. The study aimed to scope more comprehensive research into the equity, efficiency and the provision of optimum life quality to people ageing in New Zealand.
