This review assessed the historical performance of the Hutt Mana Energy Trust in relation to its two core functions - asset management and income distribution. The Trust’s performance in terms of achieving public credibility and support was also assessed. The review also looked to the future by discussing a number of options for the overall structure and functions of the Trust.
