This project prepared projections for average household incomes over the 2006 to 2021 period.  This information was required by Dunedin City Council to assess the impact of its projected expenditure.  Using Census numbers, Dunedin City Council data and BERL databases, the projections were detailed by household type (e.g. single, one-parent family, couple with family, couple only etc).  We also detailed projected rates as a proportion of incomes.  Based on this information rates are expected to decline as a proportion of household incomes.
