This report compares New Zealand's support to 'arts and culture' through Creative New Zealand to other arts councils in similar countries.  Countries compared include Australia, Singaport, Canada, Ireland, Scotland and Denmark.  The report covers Arts Council expenditure per capita and as a proportion of GDP as well as Central Government contribution to Art Council funding.  It also explores expenditure on administration and grants, and compares expenditure across different art disciplines.
