This report examines the economic structure and growth performance of Dunedin City from 1994 to 2003, and was prepared for the Dunedin City Council.  Although this report focuses on changes that have occurred in Dunedin for the year ending March 2003, Dunedin’s economic performance is also examined over a longer timeframe, as well as in relation to the other major cities (Christchurch, Wellington and Auckland) in New Zealand.
