This project was completed for Grow Wellington and Positively Wellington Tourism. Its purpose was to fees to produce an economic impact analysis for a Wellington on a Plate food festival. The report described the festival, the potential benefits of the festival, and went on to estimate the economic impact to the Wellington region, based on a number of early assumptions, for a period of three years.
